We celebrated Christmas at our house a day early. Most of you know we made a special request for Santa to come a day early, but he was too busy so he sent an elf. The elf sent lots of presents (Thank you, you know who!)
Olivia really wanted to wear her Happy shirt Christmas morning. Whenever she opened a present she scooted over near the garbage basket or bag and dropped each wrapping piece directly into the garbage.
Finneas got a bag of animal crackers in his stocking. This was perfect to keep him occupied the rest of the time while we were all opening presents. Izzy kept following Finn around. Finn kept offering crackers to Izzy!
That night we drove to Ames and did the Christmas Eve and Christmas all over again! How wonderful to celebrate twice! Izzy loved playing with Bentley, Emmeline's dog. Here they are both wearing costumes. Izzy is a hot dog and Bentley is a bumble bee.
Grace had specifically requested sunglasses for Christmas. Justus got her a box of fun sunglasses!
Thanks, family for all the wonderful presents and good food and fun times. We love spending time with you all.

Are Bently and Izzy the same kind of dog?
I love the sunglasses and hope to see more pictures of all the different styles.
