Whenever in Kansas, we try to make a trip to the Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead. They all love feeding a bottle to the baby goats. The most interesting part was watching Olivia treat the goats exactly like she treats Izzy. If a goat came up too close, Olivia pushed it away. If a goat put it's front hooves up on a tree stump, Olivia said, "Down!" and pushed it down. Olivia did not have the fear of the goats running around her and trying to nip at her like the other kids did at this age - a direct result of living with Izzy.
It was "Dairy Day" at the Farmstead. The kids got a chance to ride this mechanical bull. Annabelle stayed on the longest.
