This is the weekend of Lily's baby blessing. We drove to Des Moines first and got to see Ezra's apartment. (Ezra he is working four weeks in Des Moines.) Together we drove to Kansas. Saturday we spent the day with Jennifer and Sungti, Oliver, Evan, Lily, Grandma and Grandpa Slaugh. The Hsus are living in the Basehor house now.
Kids went swimming even though it is sprinkling.
Ezra and I went to the new KC temple.
Grandma Slaugh taught Grace how to do Cat's Cradle.
Lily [something Chinese] Vivian Hsu was blessed on Sunday, Sept 2, 2012. She wore a little dress that was worn by a cousin at Jennifer and Sungti's wedding. Neat! Joe and Miriam, Hailey and Joseph joined us. Fun to visit with family. Wonderful weekend!
The Hallams always take Izzy for us when we are away from home. They always meet us in Des Moines as we are driving through to take Izzy, then again on the way home to give Izzy back to us. They almost always fill our car with snacks as well.

It's gone now! And the island with tree! Now just all cement. So sad.
